If the event cancels less than ten (10) days prior to your event, the $100 deposit will be forfeited.

  • As Chairperson for this outing, I understand and will abide by all of the provisions in this outing contract. I agree to follow the policies and provisions of the Hickory Woods outing proposal and will cause my participants to do the same. I also understand that I must pay in full, the total amount due to Hickory Woods Golf Course, at least three (3) days prior to the date of my event.

    * All prices, policies, and rules set forth in the Hickory Woods Outing Proposal are part of this contract.
