As Chairperson for this banquet, I understand and hereby agree to abide by all of the provisions
set forth in this banquet contract, as well as the policies and provisions of the Hickory Woods
Golf Course banquet proposal and will cause my participants to do the same. I also understand that
I am financially responsible for the finalized number of attendees given to Hickory Woods Golf Course
seven days prior to my event and agree to make final payment to Hickory Woods Golf Course the day of my event.
